View all 2023 Term DatesWhat a wonderful morning . The chains of love linking Grandparents and grandchildren were well and truly on show and the weather didn't keep our Grandparents away.
Welcomed on campus by our Primary choir and Head of Primary Mr Fossey, over 300 Grandparents engaged in classrooms and got crafty with their grandchildren. Staff would like to thank all our Grandparents who were able to attend. We look forward to celebrating you again in 2024.
The Logan Village Campus Year 3 and 4 students had a special treat. They wer lucky enought to be invited to Pimpama campus and watch some very talented high school students who play in the Pimpama High School String Orchestra and the Reedy Creek Senior Concert Band.
The two groups performed for the Year 3 and 4 students during a special Instrumental Music concert.
The students were entertained and delighted seeing these talented musicians, from their own school, perform for them.
This was an experience that will not be quickly forgotten and was an opportunity for them to be inspired by what is possible when practice and dedication are applied to the instrument they are currently learning.
Thank you Pimpama High School String Orchestra and the Reedy Creek Senior Concert Band members for giving of your time and inspiring these up-and-coming musicians.
Our Father's Day Celebration is Coming...
King's Logan Village is looking forward to celebrating Father's Day on Monday 4 September. Keep an eye out on Compass for further details.
5LA & 5LB enjoyed exploring all the things that Spark Lab had to offer, including thong music and can you lift your own weight? After exploring all things science, the students embarked on a journey of discovery at the Qld Museum.
Students were able to get hands-on and expand their knowledge of all things scientific but also a little creepy. Thank you to our parent volunteers that came along.
Please enjoy some photos from the day.
On July 10, the curtain closed on our captivating Intercampus Strings Workshop , an immersive celebration of our students' musical journey that resonated throughout the day. With an international guest conductor gracing the event, the workshop was a symphonic marvel, weaving together the talents of our young string musicians into a harmonious masterpiece. Five exceptional students from Logan Village campus showcased their dedication and skill, leaving a lasting impression with their exceptional performances. Among them, one of the youngest musicians was selected to shine as part of the orchestra, showcasing remarkable talent and potential. Parents within our school community had the privilege of witnessing their children's growth and creativity unfold on stage, a testament to the profound impact of music education. This day-long experience served as a reminder of the unifying power of melodies and the indelible mark they leave on both performers and listeners alike.

King's has recently launched an innovative new microsite to showcase our ongoing Campus Development projects. The interactive platform offers current and prospective families an opportunity to explore the transformative changes taking place across King’s three campuses, for the benefit of our students. The microsite provides a comprehensive overview of our Master Plan and building program at each campus, with details of our proposed, in-progress and recently completed construction projects. Our goal is to keep our community informed with the latest developments, architectural plans and expected completion timeframes to ensure you are the first to know what is happening at your campus.
Since King’s opened our first Reedy Creek classroom in 1982, until now, we have invested in the continual improvement and growth of our school. Our focus has remained fixed on our founding vision of providing an exceptional educational experience in a Christian-centred environment. The microsite delves deeper into our strategic priorities of innovation, excellence and Christian leadership, and how these are embedded into our development program. As King’s continues to invest in the ongoing improvement of our facilities, students and families can be assured of enjoying the best possible learning experience at King's, both now and in the future.
