Early Learning Centre Christmas Concert

This year's Christmas concert at our Early Learning Centre was truly enchanting! Families and friends came together for an evening filled with joy, laughter, and memorable performances. The excitement was electric as students prepared to showcase their talents.

Each act beautifully captured the season's spirit, with our young stars taking the stage with enthusiasm and grace. From joyful songs to captivating dances, their performances warmed the hearts of everyone in attendance, showcasing their hard work and dedication.

A heartfelt thank you goes to our dedicated educators at the Early Learning Centre. Their unwavering support and commitment to nurturing the children were evident in every act. The love and energy they pour into our students are truly inspiring.

Lion Crossing Ceremony - A Special Milestone for Pre Prep Students

On Wednesday, 27 November, King's Logan Village Pre Prep students embarked on a meaningful journey during their annual 'Lion Crossing' ceremony. This cherished tradition marks the symbolic transition of our youngest learners from Noah's Ark to the Prep Centre as they prepare to begin their exciting Primary School journey in 2025. The ceremony was heartwarming, with parents and Noah's Ark staff gathering to celebrate this significant milestone. Lining the walkway, they proudly watched as Mr Fossey, Head of Primary and Mrs Key, Prep to Year 2 Co-ordinator, greeted each student with a handshake and presented them with a certificate commemorating the day.

The 'Lion Crossing Ceremony' lit up the faces of our young students and their parents and served as a poignant reminder of their growth and achievements. It celebrated their readiness to embrace new learning adventures as they took their next big step into King's Primary School.

Tyndale House Wins Primary Principal's Cup for 2024

Congratulations to Tyndale House for winning the coveted Primary Principal's Cup for 2024! As a reward for their outstanding achievement, all Primary students from Tyndale were treated to a special outing to Bounce on Monday 25, November.

Year 6 Graduation Night

Last night was an incredible celebration for our Year 6 graduation ceremony! The students arrived looking sharp in their graduation attire, and the excitement was electric as they walked down the red carpet. Mr Fossey set a warm and emotional mood by sharing a lovely poem in honour of the graduating class. This was followed by an impressive dance performance skillfully choreographed by Mr. Moore. To cap off the evening, guests enjoyed a fantastic lolly buffet that was a big hit! The atmosphere was filled with laughter and joy, leaving everyone with beautiful memories of this special occasion.

Witnessing the children bonding and celebrating this beautiful season as one united Prep family was heartwarming. Christmas Carols Morning

What a wonderful morning we had at our Christmas carols celebration! Our talented students filled the air with beautiful songs and impressive musical performances for their parents and families. It was a heartwarming event, made even more special by our chaplains, who shared their inspiring Christmas message. A huge thank you to all our students and our fantastic music and choir teacher for the beautiful performances. Your hard work truly shone through! We appreciate everyone who joined us in spreading joy and cheer, making this festive occasion one to remember. Happy holidays to all!

Farewell to Mr. Fossey: A Celebration of Dedication

Last Thursday, we gathered for a heartfelt assembly to bid farewell to Mr. Fossey, our beloved head of primary, as he embarks on his well-deserved retirement. The school community came together to honour a fantastic teacher who has touched the lives of so many students. We shared stories, laughter, and heartfelt messages of gratitude for his dedication and support throughout the years. Mr. Fossey's impact on our school will not be forgotten, and students, staff, and families will dearly miss him. We wish him all the best in this new chapter of life!

Debating Competition- Teachers v's Students

Wednesday 13, November was an unforgettable day at our school as we hosted an exciting debate competition between our spirited students and dedicated teachers! The hot topic of the day was whether plastic bags should be banned, sparking passionate arguments on both sides.
The atmosphere was electric, and we even had our teachers embrace the fun by dressing up in school uniforms! It was a fantastic display of teamwork, wit, and creativity, and everyone had a blast—a Huge thank you to all participants for their enthusiasm and our audience for their support.

Making a Difference: Our School's Journey with 100% Hope

On Thursday, 21 November, yesterday, our school chapel was filled with excitement as we proudly donated the funds raised from our Life program dress-up fundraisers to 100% Hope. Our students had the unique opportunity to meet the founders and their families, gaining insights into how 100% Hope transforms the lives of children in Uganda. It was heartwarming to witness our students actively engaging with such a meaningful mission, reinforcing the importance of compassion and community support. Together, we are making a difference and helping to change lives. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this beautiful cause! Let's continue to support those in need.
