Culture Administrator 

This is a Full Time (Term Time) Permanent position at our Reedy Creek Campus. 

The role of the Culture Administrator is to assist the Culture Team in: 

  •  Promoting and embodying the College’s Foundational Values 
  • Supporting the work of Heads of House and the High School Culture Team 
  • Helping build connections between all stakeholders in students’ education, for example parents, wellbeing and teachers 
  • Maintaining a culture of high expectations in the high school, particularly for behaviour 
  • Celebrating student and staff success. 

Responsibilities include: 

  •  Providing a comprehensive range of high level administrative support services including preparation and sending of behaviour letters. 
  • Providing a comprehensive high level administrative support for behaviour incidents, including the processing of PC entries into behaviour consequences. 
  • Providing a comprehensive high level of administrative support for lunchtime and after school reflections.  
  • Initial contact point for parents wanting to speak to Culture Team Management re student behaviour 
  • Liaise with the attendance officer in regards to behaviour consequences and levels of absenteeism.  
  • Booking and calendarising stakeholder meetings between staff, students and parents. 
  • Professional email management. 
  • High level administrative support for all High School assemblies, including the creation of run sheets.  
  • Liaise and communicate with staff to create a safe and welcoming environment for new students.  
  • Leadership Induction Service & Year 7 Orientation Day admin. 
  • Preparing forms, spreadsheets and documents and providing ad-hoc administrative duties. 
  • Carrying out projects for the Culture Team. 
  • Work cohesively as a team to ensure the smooth running of the High School. 
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

Your curriculum vitae should include details for;

  • at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer) 
  • at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).


ABOUT OUR COLLEGE

King’s is an expanding, multi-Campus school that places paramount importance on the development of the whole child, with a particular focus on providing every student the opportunity to develop Christian Leadership skills that will prepare them for their future. Our programs challenge and shape students’ thinking and understanding of their role in the world.

Our College currently consists of 3 dynamic campuses, with several more campuses in the planning stages, serving the communities in which they are located. 

The REEDY CREEK CAMPUS (on the southern end of the Gold Coast) has more than 2300 students on-site, from Early Learning through to Year 12. This campus also includes a Trade Training College.

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 1200 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
