Human Resource Advisor
We are expanding our HR Team and would love to hear from you if you meet the below requirements!
The HR Advisor will assist the Human Resource Manager and wider team with tasks such as recruitment, employee performance, workplace training, and employee relations.
This role will require travel across all three of our campuses (Reedy Creek, Pimpama & Logan Village).
Tasks & Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing advice and assistance on HR policies, projects and procedures.
- Assisting the HR Manager in recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, advertising roles, conducting initial interviews & exit interviews.
- Onboarding staff.
- Preparing reports for the HR Manager and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with performance management processes.
- Dealing with workplace relations issues such as complaints, conflicts, grievances and misconduct.
- Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- HR experience essential (preferably in a school environment).
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Qualifications or equivalent experience in HR or Business related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR programs and initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to achieve goals and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence staff at all levels of the organisation.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes and practices.
- IntelliHR and TASS software experience will be highly regarded however is not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
This is a Full Time position, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
